Panama Ports Company has invested in the development and modernization of the Cristobal
Cruise Terminal - Pier 6, with the purpose of converting Panama
into one of the most well-known destinations in the Caribbean.
This terminal was inaugurated on October 2000, and it is
strategically located at the Caribbean entrance of the Panama
Canal, in the Province of Colon, to service cruises in the
Caribbean or in transit through the Panama Canal. Since its
inauguration, the terminal has received over 450 cruises and
approximately 780,000 visitors.
