Hutchison Ports PPC Joins Maritime Industry Leaders at TOC Americas
PPC showcased its commitment to sustainability and innovation at TOC Americas 2024. The company hosted over 100 industry leaders and provided tours of the Port of Balboa, highlighting projects in clean energy, electrification, and GHG reduction. These initiatives align with the conference’s focus on sustainable practices and technological advancements in the maritime industry.

Hutchison Ports PPC welcomes important delegation from FIATA Asia Pacific and from the Indonesia National Shippers Council.
PPC hosted a delegation from FIATA and the Indonesia National Shippers Council during the FIATA World Congress in Panama. The group toured the port facilities, learning about Balboa’s advanced infrastructure, best practices in port management, cargo handling strategies, and sustainability initiatives. This annual gathering brings together leading professionals from the logistics, transportation, and freight industries.

Hutchison Ports PPC participates in Beach Cleanup, removing 1,500+ Kg of trash for World Ocean Month
PPC joined forces with several companies in a beach cleanup organized by the Panama Maritime Chamber to commemorate World Oceans Month. Over 150 volunteers demonstrated a strong commitment to combating marine pollution.
PPC’s leadership in this collective effort highlights its dedication to environmental stewardship and its role as a responsible corporate citizen in Panama.
